Chronoswiss was founded in 1983 in Munich by Gerd Rüdiger Lang and is headquartered in Lucerne, Switzerland. Its watches are finished by hand, and since 2012 the company has been owned and managed by Oliver Ebstein and his wife Eva. A touching family story about a loving son and his father. Knowing that his father wanted to own the iconic Chronoswiss Opus Chronograph Skeleton he embarked on a journey of creating a paper version of it. On Christmas Eve he gifted his father with the paper version crafted of nothing less than 560 hand cut and assembled parts which resemble the watches movement.
